OPEN DAYS jsou klíčovou událostí pro místní a regionální orgány a vztahují se k provádění politiky soudržnosti EU. Program je rozdělen do tří témat: Zapojení regionálních strategií (programy podporované ESFR a ESF); Budování kapacit (výměna osvědčených postupů a nástrojů v oblasti řízení programů); Územní spolupráce (INTERREG, URBACT, ESPON, INTERACT).
V rámci akce OPEN DAYS se bude konat přes 100 workshopů a 8 dní otevřených dveří univerzit.
Např. dne 7. 10. workshop na téma Opportunities for job creation and growth – Facing the challenges of demographic chase pořádaný Regions for demographic chase. Na programu W2 s názvem: "Opportunities for job creation and growth - Regional strategies and best practice for boosting employment in the field of active and healthy ageing" bude i téma "How can the interaction between universities and other research institutions as well as industry (focusing on SMEs) in this field be strengthened?"
Nebo např. dne 8. 10. workshop na téma Symphony for Progress – Cooperation between the University and the City, organizovaná DG EAC/EUniverCities Network/URBACT project. "We target an audience wishing to explore their potential as a university city by considering the contribution of universities to the needs of their location. The session introduces some general principles and presents case studies on how to Conner universities and city regions. The examples of contrasted medium and small-sized cities are applicable to a wide range of European situations. Delft (NL) has established incubators and Living Labs. In Aveiro (PT) the university combines local engagement with international profiling. The Wroclaw Academic Hub (PL) succeeds in consolidating 12 public and private higher education institutions and in attracting big companies."
SPECIÁLNÍ POZVÁNKA
Dne 8. října Association of Universities in the Netherlands a Neth-ER, ve spolupráci se stálým zastoupením Holandska v EU bude organizovat network ‘Crossing the Innovation Divide’.
Cílem akce je lépe využívat programu Horizont 2020, položení společných základů potenciálních partnerů pro strategické partnerství a spolupráci mezi univerzitami a výzkumnými institucemi v Evropě a Nizozemsku. Organizátoři očekávají účast mnoha zástupců univerzit. Registrace na akci na neth-er@neth-er.eu do 25. září – viz příloha.
