The conference "Reasonable Use of Fertilizers" (29th year) is not devoted this year to the issue of individual nutrients, soil organic matter, liming, but presents a completely unique topic "New trends in nutrition and fertilization of agricultural crops". In the context of environmental protection, the dynamic development of agricultural technology and new mineral fertilizers and their quality, cultivation technologies are changing (strip till technology, zonal fertilizer application, change of row spacing - change of crop architecture, etc.). In the context of the trend towards carbon sequestration in agricultural soils, no-till or reduced tillage technologies are increasingly being applied. These factors need to be responded to by changes in the system of nutrition and fertilization of plants. Due to time constraints, only major arable crops are considered. The guarantors of each topic are top experts from universities and research institutes. That is why we also believe that the conference will provide creative and original ideas and that it will broaden our knowledge.
