Cooperation with institutions > Laboratory work

We cooperate with the Department of Optical and Biophysical Systems of the Institute of Physics of the Czech Academy of Sciences on the physical aspects of magnetoreception mechanisms and the influence of strong and weak magnetic fields on animal biology.

We cooperate with the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences, Vienna, on new statistical methods of magnetoreception research.

We collaborate with the American University of Virginia Tech on behavioral and neurobiological studies of magnetoreception in mammals, especially rodents.

We work with Malkemper Lab, part of the Max Planck Institute for Neurobiology of Behavior, on behavioral and neurobiological studies of mammalian magnetoreception.

We cooperate with the University of Veterinary Medicine, Vienna, with the laboratory of prof. Palme on analyzing stress hormone levels in dogs and wild boar.
