Cooperation with institutions > Magnetic orientation

We cooperate with the University of Veterinary Medicine, Vienna, with the laboratory of prof. Palme analyzes the effect of Earth's magnetic field disorders on the level of stress hormones in dogs.

We have been cooperating with the Military Forests and Estates, specifically with the Mimoň division, for a long time on research into the spatial orientation and the influence of magnetoreception on the navigation abilities to hunt dogs.

We cooperate with the Faculty of Biomedical Engineering of the Czech Technical University to develop software in the Matlab system for automatic analysis of position and image data. Furthermore, the construction of non-magnetic Skinner boxes for magnetic coils.

                                          

                                          

We cooperate with the Faculty of Science of the University of South Bohemia and with the University of Leeds - School of Earth and Environment on the research of underground mammal navigation.

We obtained biollogers for dogs from Swansea University, which we use to monitor their activity.
