Hunting ground Kamenná 1415 ha – HS Podmokly
Students are acquainted in practice with the application of agri-environmental - climatic measures and ways of using agricultural land in accordance with the protection and improvement of the environment of small game as an indicator of the state of the landscape. Thanks to the enlightened agricultural management of the agricultural land owner and the hunter, biotope sub-measures have been applied on several dozens of hectares for a long time, supporting the biodiversity of birds, small vertebrates and pollinators in the agricultural landscape, including small game, through necessary animal and plant food resources and shelters at a time when there is a shortage in nature. These measures are complemented in the hunting by care for scattered greenery, old varieties of fruit trees and water resources.
